I may be jumping the gun but today signalled a higher low and a higher high again telling me a small consolidation period may be over. So far, from the recent rally, it has not closed below the the 50% fib level and has now put that higher high and low in. A break out in the next couple of days is my guess. Daily RSI is strong and stochs are turning. Volume is low (would like to see more).
