I also noticed the protection of the 28c level. Last week's resistance is becoming this week's support. I'm hoping we see a tight range low volume day tomorrow, once again testing for supply at these prices. If the test is successful, and 27.5c-28c hold on low volume, then these prices will offer a very safe entry into the stock and buyers will be all over it. We should know by the weekend just how much gusto WEC has in it for a short term rally. I know I don't have anywhere near as much on the line here as some long term shareholders, so hopefully this is the start of something good for your sake.
