    I wasn't around so would like to hear the story if that's ok, I googled came up with this...

    we understand that on 20th August 2007, a Canadian company Norilsk Nickel acquired the company - LionOre shareholders apparently received a cash offer of CAD$27.50 per share - this was a compulsory acquisition
