That is the penultimate step towards getting the ML, which should be a "formality" given the comparative size of this project, with no sacred site or environmental issues and being a "simple" dig and truck operation.
But, what do they do then WHEN they get that ML?
ALL we want to know is HOW FAR has the TO Agreement process progressed and WHAT are the plans to mine Agate Creek when they get the ML?
It is not only a shame, but from the outside, it's starting to look like a sham.
