Just a very quick eyeball over the AR indicates some movements in the Top 20 shareholders with the most significant being Rookharp Investments, belonging to David Rooke who owns an earth moving company from Dubbo, has jumped from 45 million to near 172 million shares.
BAM Opportunities Fund jumps in with 100 million. Some less significant nice top ups and a couple of reductions and drop outs.
Native Title agreements with the Traditional Owners "are near finalization"and once concluded will allow the company to apply for the grant of the Mining Lease by DNRM .
"Start of mining and processing will be able to commence shortly after grant of the Mining Lease subject to any wet season constraints. Several processing options are available and given the simple shallow open cut nature of the orebody, only minor additional mine planning and site infrastructure is required prior to the start of mining. Additional pit designs based on the completed resource modelling and technical analysis have identified the need for a small amount of additional drilling to be completed to assist with final pit design and to complete sterilization of the planned waste dump areas."
Worth a closer look by all interested.
See one of "our own" also seems to have done some nice topping up and has held his position in the Top 20.
