Every six months or so someone posts on face book or HC that they have spoken to the company and they expect to start mining in the near future, history has shown that someone is lying.
The concern now is debt and secured convertible notes against the assets have a higher value to the book price of assets. What this means is the company can close doors any time now and those holders of notes and loan get the mining licenses and any attached deeds or rights.
There are 3.2 billion shares out there with no way to sell even a small portion of that. So how do you create an exit strategy if you’re a large holder? Maybe the above explains part of a strategy for some.
The share price my spike up with hype or crash if one decent size holder decides to get out, but the question is, are the shares actually worth anything at all? Even if by a miracle they even get the ML.
