On ABC just now people saying the tax wont make any difference to the amount of carbon produced....as the power stations etc etc will still keep on rollin'.

So why did julia break her promise.......to get HOLD of the tax....that's why....and now she can..... give..... give.... give it to voters who are hurt by the tax or not likey to vote for her mob anyway.
