Some directors of Australian-listed companies actively traded shares in mid-December 2007. Michael King, a non-executive director of HFA Holdings, has taken advantage of a rights issue to purchase 15.8 million of the group's shares. Likewise, Michael Kiernan has acquired large parcels of shares in two companies which he chairs, India Resources and Monarch Gold.
