Maybe it's a typo and they meant to say $0.005 ... but it's also possible that $0.05 includes a consolidation of existing stock ... 20:1 would mean $0.05 = $0.0025 pre-consolidation?
I'm sure it'll become clear soon enough what exactly is going on. Even with all the extra time it seems they were rushed enough not to dot all the i's and cross all the t's with regards to clarity in their announcement.
