I reckon raise cash (fingers crossed they fill it but concur they must be confident having set at .5cents) and keep all other assets.
Keep it diversfied and self fund exploration ASAP instead of dividends. A couple more good strikes/explorations over next 2-3 years and you will have a really solid little operator on your hands.
If they can do what they are planning it seems to me to be all very positive
