Not much can happen until the $90mil is safely in MHL kitty. Would be crazy for market to re-rate this only for the placement to fail and raise only $20mil. Also EGM vote, but thats a given. Our fate should we vote NO is pretty clear.
This 0.4-0.5c range is what I expect. Even once approve it may languish for awhile. So many shares issued at 0.5c, but they get placement fees which lower that price. So you will get alot of selling at 0.5c for small profit.
Once that clears, no reason why it cant run a little.
