Could be as simple as 1:10 consolidation. Certainly the line about "patients being rewarded" doesnt indicate a 1:20 consolidation and implied massive discount.
But they need to clarify is it 0.5c or 5c(with a consolidation).
Cant imagine a new investor chipping in 5c and making us rich(@0.4c) while they make only 10%.
Could be as simple as 1:10 consolidation. Certainly the line...
