    CHM share price is reacting to this news NOT.

    Its as expected. CHM will win $5-$15 million as a breach did occur. Grimaldi et all.

    Will shareholders win one cent. NO.

    The fundies will get payed. MMX will go up and CHM will go under. Well thats after the CHM appeal.

    I think the current inaction of the CHM share price saids it all really.
