JSW ma umowę na dostawy węgla do ArcelorMittal za ok. 4,5 mld zł w l. 2018-2020
JSW has a contract for the supply of coal to ArcelorMittal for approx. PLN 4.5 billion in the period 2018-2020Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa (JSW) concluded a contract with ArcelorMittal Poland and ArcelorMittal Ostrava for the sale of coking coal in 2018-2020 with the option of extension, the company said. The estimated value of the contract over the three-year validity period is PLN 4.5 billion."The contract referred to above has been concluded for a period of 3 years, from 1 January 2018 to 31 December 2020 with the possibility of automatic renewal of the contract over 2020, annually by one year, starting from 2018, up to the end of 2027 The contract will be subject to prolongation for another year after agreeing the qualitative and quantitative structure, if none of the parties terminates it, "reads the release. In the three-year period of the contract its estimated value will amount to PLN 4.5 billion, and after 2020 the estimated annual value of the contract may amount to about PLN 1.5 billion, also given."Based on this contract, I will conclude annual contracts and their detailed pricing terms will be agreed on a quarterly basis," we read.
