It is a big headache to do. I called ORN (very helpful). They gave me the relevant form to complete but the issue is that if you do not have a Sth African broker, you only hold the shares on the JSE registry but cannot trade them (i.e. no point). So I have to apply for a brokerage account (ORN helped me find one I could use - again very helpful). The forms are really burdensome but given the size of the arbitrage, I will do it and even apply for a SA tax file number if I have to hahaha. I even bought a further parcel today because of the possible reward and even if timing issues get me I still think my buy at 0.024 is undervalued. Could be the easiest money I ever made assuming I have no issues transferring and the arbitrage remains.

You are right, hopefully it boosts the price here too because it is so undervalued especially with the upcoming JORCS and Tembo anchor.
