Have been waiting to come in on JRV and had a little sympathy for the directors, but afraid this beggars belief. I read it as ............... "We have legal advice to take defamation action, but it has to be in the directors names and we don't have the balls to back the legal opinion, so we want shareholders to pick up the tab"
Would be interesting if they lose and have costs awarded against them, that could send the company in to receivership.
It's hard enough betting on the share market without adding the legal system and lawyers to the variables. This is getting way too personal for my liking.
The grounds are definitely there for an EGM
