JRV defamation suit, page-2

There have been, IMO, no defamatory statements about JRV the company or it's shareholders. Any, POSSIBLY, defamatory statements have been about the board & the management. Accordingly the company &/or it's SHers have no need, or grounds, for legal action & face no necessity to expend company resources on this issue.. The directors may feel that THEY have been defamed & if so, THEY need to fund their own legal costs. I hope that the cost of legal advice to date has come from the director's own pockets.
IMO if ever proof was needed that the JRV board consider JRV funds to be their own personal piggy bank this letter confirms it.
