I was beginning to wonder if BOS was anyone’s radar at all.
Restoration got a bargain i think. $1.6m for a seat on the board.
It's reassuring though that we are getting some serious industrial and financial backing, it makes getting into the major markets that much easier, and quicker.
I hope our patents are watertight. I have seen companies in Japan lose a technology when their processes were applied, understood and then slightly changed to avoid patent cover. I guess it happens everywhere. Got to be careful to keep what's yours.
Housing and construction sector? What would that be?
You know once there was a brief mention of BOS providing protection from termites. I thought it odd at the time, and it was never mentioned again. But it is always in the back of my mind. I was reminded of this as termite protection is a big issue for Japanese housing. I just can't think what else it might be.
I am rather amazed that we haven't heard about the contact lens animal trials. They would be finished by now. If you were interested in getting lots of people on board for the rights issue you would be putting out as much good news as possible. Of course, the animal trials might not be good news. My only consolation is that BOS did say that news of the animal and the follow-on one-day human trial would be released *end* of june.
Anyway, I sent away my cheque to BOS. I'm happy to be holding. The potential of this company IMO is extraordinary.
