Timmo all in all a pretty reasonable raising IMO
They did well in this market to get the $1.2M away , which gives some confidence as to the short term prospect. Naturally, sophs are normally looked after in these sort of offerings, with plenty of news to look forward to.
8% fee is pretty standard, if they took it all in stock then that is a nice sign. Further announcement will confirm.
Given there are 2 COYs involved in the project, it is a chance one will move hinting as to results and timing
