If you own some of its a$$ you should watch it.

In the release that announced the private placement they stated that further news would be released upon allotment.

The deal was OK but issue costs were high at 8% of revenue raised giving them a net of $1.122m.

Given that the shares issued amount to 12.5% of total stock I would expect the announcement would be a new substantial holder.

The 7 feb, tomorrow, is when the security certs are issued for this deal so I would expect that tomorrow we will have news.

Lets wait and see whats on the cards.

Interesting that the SP rose 3 points today, yes?

Might be more than expected...
