This joke of a company had the smarts to make a water tight contract with LCY. The contract gives HAW the right to mine, sell, or what ever, their 40% stake independently. HAW also has an equal say in all joint venture decisions on Mt Bevan. So if LCY / NMDC want our 40% share, they need to make a realistic offer. Not the nonsense offers that have been touted by HC LCY holders.
