Rubicon has announced a joint venture with St Barbara Mines at their Yindarlgooda and Desdemona projects.
The deal allows St B to invest some serious exploration dollars while Rubicon maintains "strong upside to any discovery". Rubicon says it will focus their exploration efforts on other key areas.
