I think they did a great deal with the first purchase. Once they have drilled the 2nd well, production should be good enough to cover all expenses.

Thought it was actually a good sound investment decision!

Btw people quoting $3.5m to do the next well, should keep in mind that some of that should have been spent already! So it probably isn't 3.5m left to spend. Also we should have a good quarter of production this quarter been warmer!
