Dapper, short of actually calling the company and finding out directly what their thoughts on this are, I read things a bit differently.

It took so long for Italy to sort itself out, that KEY had to focus on Tanzania, and hope something would happen there. Things haven't gone quickly there either, and to be honest, an action within the next year or two (even commercialisation) would have virtually no chance.

Italy however may be a different story. A discovery there, can be very quickly capitalised on, and fed into surround pipelines (well hopefully). Short story I think is that Italy offers more potential for movement, and commercialisation on alot quicker than Tanzania.
