no they are not imo. im3ny may, or have so already internally but they wouldn't transport all the gear from nc to ny wIthout them beIng profItable and mns would not invest in them if they weren't happy. sometimes it's a no brainer and feasiblity studies sImply make more accurate estimations and cost time and money.
