Some of the geo shareholders are there to try and gain employment.
However John Stockley has said you can employ 10 local geos for the price of one expat and the locals are top quality and learn quickly.
Anyway about the women bit, i'd want to see to a photo to see if she is worth it. You never know she may, she might deserve a lot more options.
There should be drill results out this week. imo
