how do you work out have a managment team that was only employed because he know someone but not the job. company full of them. is not what i would call a good investment. but thats me. you only have to look at how bad they stuffed up with the trains. they still to this day have not completely recovered from then. i know a superviser that sold all his shares not long ago because he said its getting worse not better. and he said he payed around 9 dollars a share years and years ago and said i think i will be dead waiting to get back to $9 imo downer is a dog. a major managment shake up needed from the very top right throw to every superviser. before there is know one left that know what they are doing. remember what downer do take highly experanced people. hivoltage power lines substations. trains. and you need experanced crews lead by industry experanced personal/supervisers/managment not friends from the fish shop down the road. it just dont cut it and history will continue untill the shake up. this is just my view and not advice dyor
