Joanna Riley has launched a new venture, Censia. Email spriiking it:
“In the HR tech space over the last 10 years, I have witnessed firsthand the ever-increasing fluidity of the job market. One statistic from Mental Health America states 70% of those currently employed are searching for other jobs. While great for the economy, this transience in the workforce brings particular problems to the talent space.
We talent professionals feel this pain constantly.
As much as we hate to admit it, the talent space is consistently reactionary. This problem isn't unique to our industry. Looking back 10 years ago, marketing's impact on revenue was speculative at best. Unable to measure their results or defend their impact, marketers were subject to the whims of other department leaders. Budget cuts started there first.
Technology changed the marketing industry and elevated the status of the CMO. Our industry is next.
I created
Censia with sole purpose of turning the talent department into a strategic organization – elevating talent teams to the revenue table.
How do we do this? Technology powered by artificial intelligence.
Fueled by artificial intelligence and our proprietary database of half a billion professionals, our platform intelligently matches enterprises with the most in-demand professionals with radical efficiency.
We augment recruiters’ capabilities with artificial intelligence to handle the large influx of open roles they’re expected to fill. Hiring becomes predictable. You become a strategic player.
As talent professionals, we have the opportunity to revolutionize the way we run our businesses. I wanted to personally reach out to you as someone I view as an innovative leader. I would love to hear what you’re doing in your company to up-level your talent team’s strategy.
