    We have more chance of recouping something via a class action, than waiting for this deal to happen.

    As clearly this deal was dodgy from the very beginning.

    Smells more like a vulture deal.

    I have already priced this in as zero cents return.

    Meanwhile the ex MD is still drawing a wage.
