The original deal would have gone through has Jubilee serious about it and not being greedy prey on the desperate situation of PLA and speeding through the merge, they share wouldn't fail to nothing like this. Now JBL share worth almost nothing so I guess MacQuarie would rather go for the debt than the merge as they get nothing by owning JBL share. A case of two greedy try to swallow what already little left ended up with empty hand
