A three per cent share would catapult the holder, if new, into the top half a dozen shareholders so it is relevant to us. If it is a first time holding it's a nice little foothold. I suspect though that the buyer of the 3% has probably also bought many of the other millions sold by JFCP. They may well hold four per cent or more.
If it is one of the existing substantial holders then they have an obligation to declare their increased holding. I'd certainly like to know what's going on.
Yes, Frank would say that and I have bought three parcels at 50c, so I have put my money where my mouth is!
It may be though that the days of 50c shares may be coming to an end. Let's hope so.
