I don't know why they suddenly decided that they needed cash, you don't know, Sushi does not appear to know (and has posted little else but complaints), but the management might have a reason, just as EME might have had a reason when they raised a second tranche of capital in the same month.

Further, there have been hints that one or both of the rigs will return to S/L in H2 2010.

So why not wait and see?

We have the broker suggesting a potential price of more than 6x the current and the focus seems to be on a CR issue price set at about 15% discount, now less than 10% discount.
