They didn't try the obvious one. THE EXISTING SHAREHOLDERS.
They also had plenty of time. They weren't cash strapped and nothing, apart from the free carry wells, was planned at that stage.
Anyway I have bought at 26c and have an order in for another 100,000 at 25c if it gets that low.
I'm still peeved.
