Mr. Delk is responsible for the strategic vision of MediVet and has overseen the operations of the Company since its formation in 2010. Under his guidance, in less than two years, approximately 200 vets have performed around 3,000 procedures using MediVet’s Adipose Stem Cell Procedure Kit, the first in-clinic kit for processing adipose stem cells for animals in the US.

Mr. Delk has expanded the operations of MediVet Labs, in part, to allow pet owners the option of having their pets’ removed adipose tissue cyrobanked for future use. Mr. Delk is leading the Company’s negotiations with domestic and international distributors, as strategic partnerships which will dramatically expand the Company’s distribution reach and accelerate market penetration globally.

Jeremy Delk has been a successful entrepreneur since early 2000’s with a keen eye for innovative new products, technologies and unexploited market niches. Mr. Delk used the financial acumen he learned as a financial advisor at Fidelity Investments in Boston and NYC to start Delk Enterprises in 2001. Initially Delk Enterprises was a real estate development firm specializing in residential development. With the growth of Delk Enterprises, Mr. Delk made the decision to leave Fidelity, move back to his native Kentucky and focus on the growth of his company. Over time, Delk Enterprises diversified and invested in and/ or managed other businesses.

In addition to his businesses, Mr. Delk’s other passion is horses and animals. Mr. Delk’s family has owned race horses for more than four decades. In 1978 his grandfather’s horse, Special Honor, competed in the Kentucky Derby against Affirmed and Alydar. Mr. Delk learned of MediVet Pty in 2008 when a trainer had remarkable success using OxyShot, an oxygen supplement, on one of Mr. Delk’s racehorses. So impressed with the product and after further research formed a partnership with the principles of MediVet Pty, Ltd. to offer the company’s leading edge all natural therapeutic products in North America.

Managing MediVet represents a convergence of interests for Mr. Delk, his love for horses and other animals and an ability to treat these animals in a scientifically advanced manner without the reliance on only drugs and chemicals as it has so often been in the past.
