Can anyone speculate why our Director, John Doutch was paid a $104,643 consultancy fee?
This information can be found in the Annual Report in the director remuneration section. However I can't find any other information about this.
I am not saying the money was wasted or obtained questionably, but I am curious. Having this information would be useful next time shareholders vote IMO.
