Jubilee management have proved themselves too greedy and untrustworthy by half. Don't want their shares and they can find new assets to acquire.
Most of PLA register is small shareholders. Macquarie don't get a vote. There will be a backlash against this deal with the arrogant Macqaurie and Jubilee attempt to halve the ratio on the day scheduled for a vote on the deal.
Watch Jubilee get told to eff off.
