At this price - I'd like to see PAN step up and make a script offer. They are/were in the market and wanted more platinum exposure. They also purchased the Panton Asset for $5m.
They are also still sitting on cash.
It would be nice to keep it simple and stay only listed in Australia.
The current merger has gone on too long, and now instead of being protected by % split mechanism, we are now asked to accept half of a poor offer?
