It sounds like you need to call REVS and see if your shares are fully paid for.
My guess looking at the 4C of DEC-2013 is that they erroneously put the funds in with Receipts From Customers. The previous and subsequent quarters show that the $243K received was obviously not correct. They realised the error in the next quarter and so moved $200K from RFC to Other Non-Current Assets. The cash is still within the company.
You would also note that of the 20M that Jiangxi were to buy within 4 months they only ever purchased 5M. They did not appear in the Top 20 at any point and so it appears they may have sold up quickly. They bought 5M shares at 3c and the best I could see the SP at prior to the Top 20 release was 3.5c but with minimal volume. I doubt they would have made much profit if any.
You seem to be flogging a dead horse from something that happened 6 years ago when they were an explorer company.
Now that you sold all of your shares, you should be able to sleep easier.
