For maximum margin we need to manufacture our own products. That is Jat’s goal for Stage 3 which already mentioned in recent Q. Acquisitions of Golden Koala and Neurio contributing to revenue growth evident this strategy works well.
Next big move will be SAMR approval then we will see How good GK can bring us value. Personally, I like GK and their designs.
I feel that management is very strong in marketing and also connection to large distributors and supermarkets. XiPeng Li (jat’s director - Chinese Billionaire) definately another marketing/connection tool for jat.
jat has a very diverse business model. I hope they acquire more potential argriculture-manucturers companies and market their products in China.
I guess many Chinese who are investing in Jat should have more clues than me
