I would urge everyone to accept the offer as if 7 April passes without Mitsui getting 50.1%, the bid fails. The price will then fall significantly.
Mitsui has declared it Final and it means just that. Final. There are laws that prevent it from reneging on the declaration of finality.
I have accepted their offer via my broker.
