They were probably trading and "stealing" peoples investment money after they knew they were effed.  Too many of these shoddy operations on the ASX that totally need to have the book thrown at them and removed. Companies DO NOT exist for the sole reason of making the management team a fad wad of cash each while delivering nothing and milking investors yet there are literally dozens popping up each year backed by sleazy/greedy solicitors etc underwriting them.
