    Yep. You would have to presume that VIC is being led to the chopping block as we ponder the demise of HDY. I have not managed to read the HDY decision thoroughly or precisely yet but it is reassuring in a sense that the ASX has not been convinced by the protestations of Clee and Co. Some snippets that I caught as I skim read it certainly rammed home the view that the main players explanations were not candid and lacked credibility.


    The lack of an updating announcement after Jan 2 certainly now indicates that they knew the writing was on the wall. It also makes a number of moves around the middle of the year and change in Company Secretary fit into the jigsaw.


    I must admit I am going to miss the good battle. Crossing swords with certain "positive" proponents who could see no wrong, or claimed to see no wrong, on both VIC and HDY has been a challenging but interesting battle. Star Wars pales into nothingness by comparison (LOL)


    So it looks like the battle has been won ....but we are all losers in the final analysis. Clee and Co walk away tarnished but still have the spoils.
