As the announcement said, VIC won't relist or be delisted until the matters with HDY are sorted out. The frustration here is the go-slow response from the ASX now for HDY.My personal view is the slow nature of the ASX itself (and slow response rates of HDY) will ultimately see both HDY and VIC run out of money with both going into administration. I wouldn't be surprised at the inept ASX having this strategy in play so as not to have to make a decision whilst telling the market we did our job and other Directors in other companies get away with murder (as the ASX IMO doesn't deal with Director issues consistently in the ASX nor deal with BOTS especially when it comes to protecting retailers from market manipulation).
Just charge the Directors and get on with it ASX or let them relist etc. As to why VIC may not have responded - well here is a theory, it costs money to put announcements out and I suspect VIC might be low on that right now and suspect they won't be drilling any targets soon either, but the lifestyle of the Directors won't continue here in Oz but more than likely they will just move on and bleed SH somewhere else IMO (or even overseas) - especially if both companies are put into administration as I suspect the ASX will then not pursue the Directors given how long this has been strung out so far (given acompany won't exist to also prosecute).
