Quite simply "NO!"Until the ASX decides what to believe of the HDY 21st Dec response and what not to believe then there is no way that I can see that VIC will be out of suspension. Just my opinion of course but based on what has previously been indicated by the ASX.
I would suggest that it will a request for another two weeks voluntary suspension at the very least IMHO.
