    Apparently Cameco haven't bought anything on spot so far this year... which means they now need to buy 1-2m lbs per month on average for the rest of the year. You'd have to guess that they'd want to buy a good chunk of that before s232 comes back or at least before the 90 day executive consideration period is done?
