I track the spot for 12 month forward. It shows $28.85 today and has been dropping since the end of February. What is of note, however, is that for the 13 month and forward, the price has been holding (April 2020 is $29.90 and January 2021 is $31.00). Looks like someone is selling enough through the 12 month period to push the price down but not beyond that.
