    It seems very strange, the volume on Chi-x for example was double the holding that URA held the end of January and they traded in one day 6.69 million shares with barely any share price movement?  Yet when URA was selling we hit all time lows.  There must be some serious block trades being done behind the scenes which as you say could well be announced next week.
