2012 was the year it was all going down the tubes for GXY so I think that it was put on hiatus before being completed.
The only info was probably PFS. That would have been made by Lithium One - and they were eaten by Galaxy. They no longer have a website - looks like the name is now used by a Canadian firm that installs kitchens...
but yes its a good one.
The James Bay project is an extensive, high-grade spodumene pegmatite deposit that occurs at surface, including a NI 43-101 compliant mineral resource of 11.75 million tonnes at 1.30% lithium oxide in the indicated category, and 10.47 million tonnes at 1.20% lithium oxide in the inferred category, at a 0.75% lithium oxide cutoff grade. (See Company news release dated November 18, 2010).
I'll dig around some more but I'm guessing that we'll have to wait for the new DFS in June quarter.
