I didnt get into EWC until 2010, so for sure I cant say anything more.
I do not know whether much of it will finally be sold to domestic, or how much of it gets sold internationally. its not finalized yet.
But all I know is spot price for LNG is about US$12 per mmbtu in indo and US$16-19 in Japan.
It is possible that Indo gov would want to sell all their gas domestically to supply a cheaper source of energy. In the US, it is not possible(between ilegal to impossible to get the license to do that) to export Crude Oil produced in US soil. ( I was suprised to learn that 3 years ago)
So it is not just Indo who may have national energy protection interest.
But what I do know is that EWC's cost of LNG per mmbtu is around US$5. So the margin is high regardless.
Of course I do wish most gets exported.
