Somehow, this thread has drifted from the Jaguar to renewable energy.

I’ll make one point.

The cost of residential electricity in China is 11 cents per KWh. That’s correct, Eleven Cents cents per KWh. They import Australian coal and gas to power their generators.

Keep that number in mind when next you pay your electricity bill. 11 cents. Also, I’m not even sure their electricity bill has a seperate “wires and poles” component that we do.

Never try and tell me that renewables are cheap. They are anything but.
